ITINERARY
Day 1: HA GIANG - HA THANH - LUNG VAI
The tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Giang city and then transfer a few kilometers by car through Ha Giang city to Ha Thanh, a large village of Tay people who live in spacious wooden houses built on stilts.
We start trekking uphill through palm and tea forests, especially the large rice terraced fields for about 3 hours as you reach Lung Vai of the black Dzao people. Here you will visit some Dzao families, watching them perform their daily work and family life.
After lunch with the local people with local food, the trail will be downhill for about 30 minutes to visit Khuay Mi which is also a Dzao village. You can enjoy your cultural discovery of local ethnic people as well as the breathtaking scenery of the Na Toong Valley. Keep walking downhill for about 2h30’ down to Ban Tha of the Tay people which is the last village on the tour. Back to your hotel by car.
